Bertie heads to South Africa for his most dangerous mission yet. The wild waters here are a hotspot for one of the ocean’s most famous and fearsome predators: the great white shark. Bertie will attempt to film them hunting seals underwater without the use of a protective cage. It’s highly risky, but filming without the cage is the very best way to see them behaving naturally.

Lionfish hunt in packs, injecting any objectors with venom from their frilly spikes. The mantis shrimp has polarized vision and the fastest jab on the planet. Cuttlefish morph their skin to match the sand, then attack with tentacle harpoons. The hunt is on in the shifting tides!
